The principals of Provident Real Estate Ventures, Irvin Kessler and Phillip Jaffe, have combined hedge fund expertise with real estate acumen to build Provident Real Estate Ventures. Provident’s investment approach capitalizes on a broad platform of seasoned professionals whose experience span all phases of property investments, developments, asset management and sales.
