In addition to supporting the company’s real estate acquisitions and development activity, Diane is responsible for defining roles, identifying, hiring, and managing the appropriate management team to support Provident’s strategic vision.
Before joining Provident, Diane served as COO of Alatus LLC where she was responsible for the company’s overall operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense control, and financial goal management. She also served as President of MyHomeSource LLC, a division of Alatus created to purchase foreclosed homes to renovate and sell. Under her leadership from 2009 to 2013, the MyHomeSource team successfully increased sales by over 300% and played a major role in stabilizing Twin Cities’ neighborhoods. Because of her achievements, leadership, and drive, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal named Diane one of 25 “Women Industry Leaders in the Twin Cities” in 2012.
Diane also spent several years at CB Richard Ellis where she ultimately worked in the Investment Properties Group and specialized in the sale of investment real estate to private investors. Diane graduated Summa Cum Laude from Concordia College in St. Paul and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Communications.
