He also serves as CFO of Provident Real Estate Ventures and has responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities which includes directing capital management, reviewing asset management financial activities, and overseeing all aspects of financial recordkeeping, reporting, and investor relationships. Patrick is accountable for analyzing and evaluating internal control and accounting procedures to ensure that the appropriate level of prudent policies and procedures are in place.

Prior to joining Provident Advisors LLC in 2002, Patrick spent eight years in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Assurance and Business Advisory Practice in the Minneapolis and New York Offices. While at Ernst & Young, he developed a background in the securities industry and a thorough understanding of the business operations and best practices of asset managers, broker-dealers and limited partnerships.
